Our standard design includes:
- Round: 12" diameter, ½" thick
- Square: 11.5" × 11.5", ¾" thick
- Personalized raised, laser-cut lettering
- One decorative design element, such as a flower, heart, or botanical accent
- Your choice of available paint and wood stain finishes
- Up to one hour of custom design time
- A design proof for your approval
Our standard signs feature a finished wood background with dimensional lettering and decorative elements.
Looking for something more elaborate?
Larger sizes, additional decorative elements, intricate layering, specialty materials, and additional design time are available for an additional charge.
Your final price will be confirmed before custom design work begins.
Your $75 deposit is credited toward the final purchase price. For a standard $120 sign, the remaining balance is $45, plus any applicable taxes or delivery charges.

Pay the $75 design deposit to begin your custom order.
Step 2: Review Your Quote
We'll review your ideas, confirm the scope of your project, and provide your final price before custom design work begins.
Step 3: Let's Get Creative
Once you approve your quote, we'll create your personalized design proof.
Your deposit includes up to one hour of design time. Additional design work, if needed, will be quoted in advance.
Step 4: Review & Approve
You'll receive a design proof to review and approve before production.
Once your design is approved, we'll invoice you for the remaining balance.
Step 5: We Make It Yours
After receiving your final payment, we'll begin production.
Estimated production time:
- Standard periods: 2–4 weeks
- Peak seasons: 4–6 weeks
Timelines begin after design approval and final payment. Your estimated completion date will be confirmed with your order.

A $75 deposit is required to begin the custom ordering process.
The deposit covers up to one hour of custom design time and is credited toward your finished sign's purchase price.
Refunds & Cancellations
Your deposit is refundable until custom design work begins.
Once design work has started, the deposit becomes nonrefundable.
If you decline your final quote before design work begins, you may request a refund of your deposit.
Design Approval
You'll receive a digital design proof for review and approval before production.
Any additional design time or changes affecting the final price will be discussed and approved in advance.
Final Payment
Your remaining balance will be invoiced separately and must be paid before production begins.
Custom signs are produced according to your approved design proof. Please review all names, spelling, dates, and design details carefully before approving.
