Here’s how it works:
1. Browse the Catalog – Explore the catalog to see styles, colors, and options.
2. Choose Your Product(s) – Make note of the item part number(s), and quantity.
3. Submit Your Order to Us – Share your selections with Keppel & Kismet, along with any customization details (logo, text, or design).
4. Approve Your Proof – We’ll send a digital mock-up for your approval before production.
5. Personalization & Production – Many products are personalized right here in our Baltimore workshop, ensuring quality craftsmanship and attention to detail.
6. Pickup, Delivery, or Shipping – Once complete, we’ll arrange the best way to get your custom products to you.

- Pricing, customization, and fulfillment are handled by our team. Much of the personalization is done in-house.
