Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30-days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at Hello@keppelandkismet.com. Returns must be approved before being sent. Once approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions for sending your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We’ll do our best to make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

Workshops: We do not accept returns or cancellations for workshop registrations. If you are unable to attend a workshop you’ve paid for, we will issue a store credit for a future workshop, valid for one year from the original purchase date. Please notify us in advance so we can plan accordingly.

Custom or Personalized Products: Returns are not accepted for custom items, including personalized gifts, custom signs, or made-to-order products.

Perishables and Personal Care Goods: We do not accept returns on perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, plants) or personal care items (e.g. beauty products).

Hazardous Materials: We cannot accept returns on hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Sale Items & Gift Cards: These are final sale and cannot be returned.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have (if eligible), and place a new order for the replacement.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As with all returns, items must be in original condition, unused, with tags and packaging intact. Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll let you know if the refund is approved. If so, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
