Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Keppel and Kismet! Below you’ll find all the details about how and when your order will be shipped.

Processing Times

  • In-stock items typically ship within 3–5 business days after your order is placed.

  • Custom and personalized items may require additional time to create—please allow a minimum of 7–14 business days unless otherwise noted on the product listing.

  • Workshop kits or materials (if applicable) will be shipped according to the timeline listed at the time of purchase or registration.

We always aim to ship your items as quickly as possible. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on the way.

Shipping Rates and Carriers

  • We currently ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx, depending on the item’s size, weight, and destination.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your selected service, order weight, and destination.

  • Free local pickup is available at our Baltimore studio. You’ll receive an email when your order is ready for pickup.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

  • We ship throughout the United States, including U.S. territories.

  • Delivery times vary depending on location and shipping method selected. Most domestic orders arrive within 2–7 business days after shipping.

International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping through our website. If you're located outside the U.S. and are interested in placing an order, please contact us at Hello@keppelandkismet.com.

Delivery Issues

  • Once an order has shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

  • If a package is marked as “delivered” but cannot be found, please check with your neighbors, local carrier, or post office. If unresolved, reach out to us—we’ll do our best to help.

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
